Mr. Bulent Kivanc is PolicyWriter’s principal technical architect, responsible for overseeing the development of new technologies.

Mr. Kivanc has 10 years of policy administration experience and 20 years of system architecture and development experience.

Prior to joining Adaptik Mr. Kivanc was employed with IBM and AT&T / Bell Labs. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
