Implementation Analyst
Our Implementation Analysts (Consultants) bring on-site subject matter expertise for client implementations. They are involved in all aspects of a PolicyWriter project, from requirements gathering to product implementation.
Key Job Activities Include:
- Conduct analysis and design sessions with client staff
- Document user interface and system integration requirements
- Document, research and assist in the resolution of issues throughout the development cycle
- Provide configuration assistance to support the client implementation team
- Act as liaison between the client implementation team and the product development team
- Support client development teams throughout all phases of application implementation
