Customer Help Desk

Our Customer Help Desk Team brings product expertise to each Adaptik project. They work closely with all other Adaptik teams through the implementation process to ensure a successful project.

Key Job Activities Include:

  • Work with external and internal customers to validate and remediate defects, enhancements, and configuration changes to Adaptik solutions
  • Research and attempt to replicate issues in local environments
  • Verify viability of defects against current requirements to ensure validity
  • Track discrepancies/enhancements through the development process from inception to resolution
  • Establish and maintain contents of customer releases
